Tipsters

TIPsters: a group of elite intellectuals who, although normally shunned by regular society, will come together to control the world. One becomes a tipster through the nearly sacred ritual of early high school standardized testing (ACT or SAT). If the individual scores well enough to be accepted, he/she must attend a three week long meeting in which ties will be made to other tipsters, a vast amount of knowledge will be processed, and a quest for world domination as well as a crusade against administration will be commenced. The tipster will be able to attend the meetings for four consecutive years for training before being sent out into the world. After a year of retirement, he or she will be eligible to return to TIP to help raise younger members of the TIPster army.
