Talk:4th-year privileges

I think this and the 4th Year Will page should be merged into one page about 4th years, but can't think of a tidy way to do it.

Title the page just 4th Years and make them both sections on it, you would also want quickly explain doctor doctor and have a link to it, i will help if you want to do it--Ty 17:44, 10 July 2010 (UTC)
