Room Parties
From the unofficial Duke TIP Wiki
Though these may have occurred in past years, they were a main part of Term I 09 at West Campus.
These room parties happened in one of two rooms, O103, or L401 AKA the Princess Tower. These were the rooms of Austin Hartley and Hersh respectively.
A room party usually involved these people:
- Austin Hartley
- Hersh
- Arun
- Ty
- Bode
- Liam
- Emily
- Abby
- Alexis
- Mackenzie
- Shelbey
- Sam the RC
- Andrew the RC
As you can see above, these parties were so awesome that the RCs would even join in by claiming they were actively supervising.
Parties would involve:
- Three different ipod speakers all playing music due to earphone splitters
- Austin's ipod for rap
- Ty's zune for Alternative/Indie Rock
- Large amounts of soda
- tennis balls
- Pizza
- Hall Piling(kind of like Couch Piling, except it blocks a hallway and you can make people try and get through)
