Nicholas Miller is that one kid who took the Policy class at Rice in 2018 term 1. He is the one creepily obsessed with Cody Stewart, Malta, and Whataburger. He worships Cody Stewart as Jesus, and is probably behind the tipwiki account @CodysDiciple or something like that that made Cody's page.
