LocoPops

From the unofficial Duke TIP Wiki

The LocoPops stand, located by the Duke West cafeteria, serves delicious, individually wrapped, gourmet popsicles. The stand itself is a brown, collapsible one, standard to the others behind the cafeteria. They usually open daily after meals (12pm-8pm), when TIPsters commonly line up at.

There is also a location on Hillsborough Street, a road adjacent to Ninth Street that is easily accessible for RAG Nights and Evening Activities for East students, but not within boundaries for TIPsters using 4th-year privileges.

Each popsicle sells for $2.25 ("TAX included"); using $3 exchanges with valuable quarters. Their free stickers have become a collectible novelty, much to the enthusiasm and addiction of TIPsters. They also sell T-Shirts ($15).

[edit] Flavors

The flavors are divided into four sections, the main two being Paletas del AQUA (Water-based pops/no dairy) and Paletas de la CREMA (Cream-based pops/dairy). Both those have [a] Guest Star and Guest Stars, respectively. They are written on a whiteboard in the front of the stand, with the Guest Stars rotating flavors every few days.

This list is incomplete; you can help by expanding it

Descriptions written by User:Trees / TIPsters.

During Term II of 2009, RLC Mitch testified that Water Based pops are vastly superior to Cream Based.

Alcoholic flavors are sometimes available, but it's really not actually possible to get intoxicated through the pops. Staff, you can relax now.
