Justin Gao is a mysterious dude who follows most Tipsters from Duke East Term 1 2018 on Instagram, and he may or may not have actually attended TIP that year. While most Tipsters don't have a clue about who he is, they still follow him back. It is the duty of the bravest, fiercest, and most experienced detectives to discover the truth behind the one and only Justin Gao, whether he's really a Tipster or not, and bring justice to East Campus.
