Bruegger's Bagels

'Bruegger's Bagels is an excellent bagel shop on 9th Street. (Excellent in part because it's the only place for a nice Jewish boy to get something with lox and cream cheese on it in Durham). Often the site of off-campus Mandatory Fun trips, , Sunday food trips and off-campus class trips when the teacher feels like they're in a good mood.
In 2003, the newspaper stands in front of Bruegger's were spray-painted with the word "Lies" on the glass of each, becoming a source of picture-taking for many.
