Billiam

William "Billiam" Burgo was Thor Tobiassen's roommate at East II 2005. He was generally a very quiet, unobtrusive type, and let Thor borrow his copy of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince.
The trouble started when, during one of the many parties in Thor's room, Billiam's food supply, including an entire bottle of Perrier that Nolan Capps tried valiantly to chug, was consumed. Only the salad dressing that Billiam's mom had brought him, which looked like green water with hunks of tofu floating in the bottom, was left untouched for obvious reasons. Billiam thereafter banned Thor from having parties in their room for some time, until Thor eventually promised that his sparkling water would remain untouched.
