A Duke East tradition, the Student Tournament consits of completely student organized Ultimate teams competing for a spot to organize and captain the Student/Staff Game. The event didn't occur during Term I at Duke East 2005, much to the general unrest of Fourth Years and Ulimateers across campus. The number of teams can be as few as four, and as high as eight. It's really up to the students, the only thing Staff members participate in is designing pool play and the final bracket.

• Duke East Term II 2006
  • CHAMPIONS - Zach Yoneda Fan Club (good call Sam) -- This team beat the staff, even with a horrendous name. 15-9 was the final score. Alex Peerman showed his outstanding ability to make staff members look foolish, and scored about 94 times as this team routed the Zach Yoneda-less staff team.
