3rd Years of Alspaugh

Throughout the course of Term 1 at Duke East, the 3rd years that owned the halls of the 3rd floor of Alspaugh, did some crazy things. Usually, the fourth years stay in Bassett, but this year (2013) Alspaugh was their domain. They filled the first and second floor and left the top floor for the supahh mega rag of Megan's rag, Connor's RAG and Carter's rags. After the permanent relocation of many RC's, there were often no RC's to ever be in the Alspaugh dorm between 4-5. Some things that occurred...
