¿Por Qué? Plank

A red paint splattered section of 2x4 with ¿Por Qué? written on it in sharpie, passed down to Emma Joslyn during Duke East Term I 2008. The ¿Por Qué? Plank was originated in Duke East Term I 2007, by Walker Smith and Jordan Sanchez- Vesga. A connection with the Philosophy class that year is rumored. It symbolizes the most innate quality of TIPsters, that of questioning the world around them, and also of a perpetual state of confusion.
